Made-to-order merchandise

Abearicans products are printed after you order. Please review the selected size, color, design and product measurements before checkout.

Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items

Email sillisatbf@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging. For confirmed damage, manufacturing errors or an incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Other returns and exchanges

Because each item is made to order, change-of-mind returns and exchanges for a size or color selected incorrectly are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law. Contact us if you need help with your order. Do not mail an item to the address on its package without receiving return instructions from us.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request a cancellation or address correction. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
